The following are the services that Move2Mobile and its partners can make available to entrepreneurs like yourself at any stage of your business.

This is not an exhaustive list as additional services can be sourced from other parts of our partner group as and when they are required as an extension to the Move2Mobile team. This model allows for greater flexibility and makes the services provided more cost efficient as only those required are retained and paid for, and all are managed by Move2Mobile so you only have a single point of contact.

Move2Mobile can provide services using two models

Experience on Demand
With this model, resources would be used part-time or full-time, only when needed, especially in the early days of setting up, prospecting for or accelerating a business and employee hiring can be deferred until a market position has been established.

and/or

Interim Management
With the interim management model, a designated person from Move2Mobile becomes an executive in residence for an agreed number of days per week/month.

Both models allow the customer to benefit of Move2Mobile's knowledge base and network thus supporting a ‘ reuse and not reinvent ' model.

Transition of all activities from Move2Mobile to the your organisation can then take place at an agreed pace during the start-up phase, although we have found that on many occasions we have continued as a member of the management team of the business and accepted equity within the company

With all of the services outlined below, the Move2Mobile methodology is to work closely with the existing team and individuals so that we act as an integrated member of the business rather than as ‘ external consultants' , which is a title we try to avoid.

The services that can be provided include:

Business Review - Comprehensive review of the business to ascertain its viability, including market assessment, competitor analysis, technology, financial and people assessment. Working with the business Move2Mobile will identify which additional services will be required and engage the necessary skill sets to deliver to the business requirements.

Competitor and Market Analysis - Analysis of the market conditions, competitors, market segments and user scenarios to identify the competitive position, but crucially the position in relation to what is important to potential customers, leading to a comprehensive SWOT analysis.

Become Investor Ready - Review of current Business Plan with report produced on areas requiring additional work. Working with the business Move2Mobile will then either build or support the generation of the business plan with full supporting documentation to a level required by a VC or Business Angel.

Funding and Investment – In conjunction with our FSA approved partners, provide the support, preparation and assistance to secure a range of funding options that include Government Grants and investment through a network of private investors matched through a dedicated wireless investor / investment opportunity matching vehicle.

Business Development, Sales & Marketing - Provision of Sales & Marketing Plans, Strategies, Market Analysis etc., plus providing business development and sales services (direct and channel management) where appropriate.

Technology - A full Technology and Readiness to Deploy review plus the ability to provide Development solutions should the business not have the capability to develop the product in house.

Identification Of Possible IP - Move2Mobile compare the potential IP (both technology and business process) with the market place to ascertain its 'uniqueness', and advise on the process to protect the IP by a patent, trademark or develop a plan to capture first to market advantage.

Management of R&D and Manufacturing - Using tried and tested methodology, Move2Mobile provide guidance or hands on management of development and manufacturing activities on behalf of our clients, balancing key areas such as time to market, quality and cost. These activities can be in-house or outsourced, depending upon the requirement of the business.

Creation of Development Specifications – Creating or review of the right level of specifications to ensure accurate development and the best use of development funds / resources, plus use Move2Mobile's experience to support the implementation of development process guidelines that best fit the particular business.

Project Management – Move2Mobile's experience allows us to manage a project from it's inception through to final delivery of the product or service, encompassing managing the development process, identifying deliverables, milestones and KPI's, linked to the commercial and fiscal targets of the business

Human Resources – Providing a full range of HR services to support the growth of any business. Ranging from HR Strategy Development and Due Dilligence through to implementation and roll out of required HR strategies. E.g. such HR elements as Compensation, Workforce Planning, Organisational Design and Development etc.
